Terms of Service NEW ENGLAND DRAGWAY RAIN CHECK & REFUND POLICY All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, schedule changes, event delays, or event cancellations. New England Dragway events are conducted rain or shine. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with attending the event, including weather-related interruptions. STREET NIGHT (WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY) POLICY If a Street Night event is interrupted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a Rain Check will be issued only if two (2) hours of racing have not been completed, whether consecutive or cumulative. If two (2) hours of racing have been completed, the event is considered complete and no Rain Checks will be issued. Rain Checks are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the canceled event and may be used for entry to another Street Night or comparable weekly program event, subject to availability. WEEKEND RACING / TEST & TUNE / ET POINTS POLICY Weekend Racing Programs – Non ET Points Races – Rain Check issuance and value are determined based on the amount of racing completed. Less than one (1) hour of racing → Full Rain Check One (1) hour of racing → Rain Check reduced by $20 Two (2) hours of racing → Event considered complete; no Rain Checks For points events: One (1) round of time trials completed → Rain Check reduced by $20 Two (2) rounds of time trials completed → Rain Check reduced by $30 A points race is considered complete when any eliminator completes one (1) full round of competition. If completed, no Rain Checks will be issued for that class; purse distribution and points will be handled per the current points program. If eliminations have not completed one full round, the original ticket shall serve as a Rain Check. If a Rain Check is issued, no points (including qualifying points) will be awarded for that class. Rain Checks are valid for sixty (60) days from the event date. Original tickets must be retained; no duplicates will be issued. Cancelled points events will not be rescheduled. MAJOR EVENTS POLICY (JET CARS, NIGHT OF FIRE, 603 DIESELS, ETC.) If a major event is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the original ticket(s) shall serve as a Rain Check valid for a future New England Dragway-produced event. Rain Checks are valid for one (1) year from the date of the canceled event. Tickets must be exchanged within one hundred eighty (180) days of the event date. Tickets are considered Rain Checked if the first round of Professional Racing or headline entertainment has not been completed. If the program has commenced and is deemed complete, no Rain Checks will be issued. Failure to exchange tickets within the 180-day period will result in forfeiture of the Rain Check. FINAL DETERMINATION New England Dragway reserves the sole and absolute right to determine event status, scheduling, completion, Rain Check eligibility, and all related matters. All decisions are final and not subject to dispute.
